First, I feel good today.
As you know, It's Saturday and today's work-out is quite good.
I was in the gym, I don't know, 3 hours and a half?
For my upper-body.
It was fantastic, I feel the best pumping on my biceps, and lat.
I wish this work-out helped my boxing.
But deadlift it's quite hard without lack.
I pulled up 110kg of that, It got me dizzy.
I wish this gym has a lack...
I don't know, maybe I should buy that?
Oh, and I wish I got has time for cardio and core work.
God, I haven't that much time.
Well, and reach.
Being short is quite sad sometimes.
Anyway, I'm born with this and I can't change it.
Just keep trying to my strength point makes stronger.
